Orders and Shipping

Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours of being placed.  Shipping time depends on a number of factors including method, distance and time of year. Media Mail will generally arrive within 5 -9 working days, while UPS and Priority Mail are usually 3 – 5 days. Those times can often be doubled at Christmas time. If you need your item by a specific date, please call us at 215- 542-1026 before you order so that we can help you determine the best shipping option.

When you place your first order with us, you will be prompted to enter the information needed to establish an account. You can also click on “Account Profile” at the top of the page and enter your information there.

You can click on your account profile at the top of the page and add multiple addresses there. When you place your order, you can either select a shipping address from your profile or you can enter a new shipping address.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.  Be aware that the USPS does not scan the packages when they receive them, so your item may not show movement until it is scanned in later at a sorting center.

This is a secure website. Our server uses software which encrypts your credit card information so that it cannot be read by other Internet users. If you are uncomfortable about sending such information over the Internet, feel free to call in your order to 215-542-1026, Monday through Friday from 9am till 5pm (EST).

If you are ordering for a bookstore or if you wish to make a bulk purchase, you may be eligible for a discount. Please call us at 215-542-1026 to set up an account with a representative from our customer service team.

If you are from Pennsylvania and qualify for exemption from state sales tax and desire to claim it, your order must be placed through our Call Center at 215-542-1026, Mon. through Fri., 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Eastern time zone.

If the state given in your shipping address is one of the states where we are required to collect sales tax, applicable sales taxes will be added to your total amount and shown on your checkout pages unless an exemption is requested and the order is placed as stated above.

Please use the form at this link for any orders that are to be shipped to an international destination. We can ship to most countries, but will need to get shipping quotes based on the information you provide.

Small orders are packaged in one box, but orders with larger quantities may be packaged in multiple boxes.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it, undamaged, within 30 days from order date to receive a full refund (minus all shipping costs). All return shipments are sent via UPS Ground. For returns click here.
